Y11 Partnership Evening

Our Year 11 Partnership Evening is taking place on Tuesday 18th November at 6pm, in the Drama Studio. This is an important event which will highlight the good practice needed to achieve success, and also the pitfalls to avoid in this important year of our students’ education. The evening is designed to help students and families feel fully prepared and confident as we approach the mock examinations and build up to the GCSE examination period and the exciting decisions that follow after Year 11.

This evening is a vital opportunity for parents, carers and students to come together with staff to gain key insights, advice and support for the months ahead. Both parents and students are expected to attend, as the information shared will be essential for your child’s success and future planning.

During the evening we will cover:

  • GCSE examination progress and guidelines
  • Practical ways parents can support revision at home
  • Study skills and effective revision techniques
  • Important dates and deadlines
  • Post-16 pathways and next steps.
