Salford Schools Cross Country

All Key Stage 2 children are invited to participate in the 2025-26 Salford Schools Cross Country events at Buile Hill Park. Race dates and times are provided below:

Dates:

  • Saturday 15th November 2025
  • Saturday 29th November 2025
  • Saturday 13th December 2025
  • Saturday 17th January 2026

Start times:

  • Year 3/4 Boys – 9.30am
  • Year 3/4 Girls – 9.40am
  • Year 5/6 Boys – 9.50am
  • Year 5/6 Girls – 10.10am

Competitors need to arrive ready in suitable cross country clothing and trainers. The ground will be muddy. Competitors must arrive 15 minutes before the start time of their race in order to warm up and get to the start line, which will be clearly marked. Children must wear their Bridgewater PE top.

Mrs Tunney will meet runners at the start line and collect your number / position from you at the finish line.
