Prep II – VI Parents Evening

Parents’ evenings have been scheduled for Prep classes II to VI to enable parents and class teachers to discuss assessment scores from last year and the subsequent targets that have been set for the academic year. There will also be an opportunity to discuss the curriculum for the new school year and how your child has settled into their new class.

A further parents’ evening in the spring term, and a written report in the summer term, will ensure that these targets are reviewed and progress is regularly reported.

Please complete the appointment time requests slips sent home and return to your class teacher.

Prep VI children

In addition to the above, a representative of our Senior School will be available to meet Prep VI parents during the parents’ evenings taking place on 24th and 25th September 2025. Mr Amin (Deputy Head, Academic) will meet Prep VI parents on Wednesday 24th. Mr Lyons (Deputy Head, Pastoral) will be available on Thursday.

Mr Amin and Mr Lyons will be in the Prep staff room, adjacent to the Prep VI classroom. We invite parents to call in either before or after their appointment with Mr Suter, to have an informal chat about the transition to Year 7 in September 2026 and the entrance exam process. It also provide a valuable opportunity for parents to ask any questions they may have.
