Performing Arts BTEC

The Performing Arts Diploma is equivalent in size to two A Levels and is designed to be the substantive part of a study programme for learners who want a strong core of sector study. This programme may include other BTEC Nationals or A Levels to support progression to higher education courses in Performing Arts areas before entering employment.

 

BTEC Level 3 National Certificate. Course: 720 GLH

This course is highly flexible and can be tailored to each individual candidate’s personal strengths. Assessment takes a variety of formats, from performance based to record keeping. There is no written examination and units can be retaken if felt appropriate.

A Diploma in Performing Arts can provide a stepping stone for careers in media, radio, television, teaching, theatre, technical arts and many more.
