Performing Arts BTEC

The Performing Arts Diploma is equivalent in size to two A Levels and is designed to be the substantive part of a study programme for learners who want a strong core of sector study. This programme may include other BTEC Nationals or A Levels to support progression to higher education courses in Performing Arts areas before entering employment.

BTEC Level 3 National Certificate. Course: 720 GLH

This course is highly flexible and can be tailored to each individual candidate’s personal strengths. Assessment takes a variety of formats, from performance based to record keeping. There is no written examination and units can be retaken if felt appropriate.

A Diploma in Performing Arts can provide a stepping stone for careers in media, radio, television, teaching, theatre, technical arts and many more.

At Bridgewater they do everything they can to ensure we achieve our full potential, both academically and personally.
