A Level results will be published this year on Thursday 18th August. In order for us to be able to cater for all our candidates efficiently and sensitively we would like to follow this schedule for the day:

– Students should check the UCAS website first thing in the morning (around 8am) to see if they have been accepted by their ‘Firm’ or ‘Insurance’ choice university. They should also receive an email from UCAS with the same information.

– Students in Year 13 should come to Room 9 any time after 8am where they will be given their results.

– Any student who sees on UCAS that they have been declined by their two university choices and therefore needs to go through Clearing in order to secure a place, should come into school as soon after 8am as possible. They will be given help and advice by the Sixth Form staff in the Sixth Form area. Access to a telephone is essential, so students should bring their mobile phones with them.

Although we hope that all candidates will have done well, it is important that they remain calm on the day and take full advantage of the help and advice school can provide.
