Making an application

Parents with children wishing to be considered for the Prep School are invited to make an appointment with the Head of Prep for a personal tour of the school together with an assessment of literacy and reading ability, plus competency in maths. Children are then able to spend an extended period of time with the class and class teacher to gain a real feeling for life at Bridgewater

To discuss an in-year place or to make an appointment for a personal tour, please contact Mrs Andrea Johnson on johnsona@bwslive.co.uk who will arrange a mutually convenient appointment date with the Head of Prep.

Open Events

We warmly invite parents and prospective students to visit us to gain a real feeling for life at Bridgewater and personal tours can be arranged all year round. Our next dedicated EYFS & Prep Open Morning takes place on Saturday 28th March 2026 – register your interest via the contact form>.

If it is not possible to attend, our Virtual Open Day experience enables online visitors to take a virtual tour of our grounds and facilities, hear from our Heads of Department, and see just why children are so happy here. Start now>

For us, achievement means so much more when it is coupled with true enjoyment.
