Prep V Maya Workshop

To support Prep V’s learning in humanities, on Tuesday 6th May 2025 we will welcome educational historian Del Bannister for a Mayan afternoon. The children will explore Maya civilization by working as history detectives, looking at artefacts to discover clues about their life of ancient Mayan people. We will also find out how the Maya organised their cities, and how their love of colour was reflected in costumes. The workshop will finish off with a fun food quiz.
