Year 11 Rock and River Outdoor Pursuits

As part of the school’s pastoral programme, a trip for all Year 11 students has been arranged to Rock & River Outdoor Pursuits, Cliff Farm Activity Centre, Mawdsley  on Thursday 19th October 2023 where they will be taking part in various activities including airbag jump, zipline, orienteering, kayaking and high ropes.

The purpose of the trip is to promote active learning which is focused on problem solving and learning skills. This should help build self-confidence and self-esteem ready for both their mock and GCSE examinations. All students are expected to take part.
