Sixth Form Open Evening

Our Sixth Form Open Evening is taking place on Thursday 12th October 2023 and is an opportunity for you to find out more about the pathways available post-16 and all that Bridgewater Sixth Form has to offer, alongside guidance and advice on the next best steps for your child.

The evening will commence with a short talk in the Prep Hall at 6pm and will be followed by the opportunity to visit individual ‘subjects stalls’ on a more informal basis, where teaching staff will be available to discuss decisions about A Level choices, alternative courses and future careers.

At A Level we pride ourselves not only on out students’ results, but also on the close personal attention and exceptional individual guidance they receive that enables virtually every students to secure a place at their first choice university or Higher Level Apprenticeship. In summer 2023 we once again achieved 100% pass rate and degree courses were successfully secured at universities including Oxford, Lancaster and Salford in subjects ranging from Psychology, Engineering and the Humanities to Esports and Sound Engineering.

The event will run until approximately 8pm, with refreshments available in the Sixth Form Common Room.
