Year 8 France and Belgium trip Oct 2025

The annual Year 8 residential trip to the Opal Coast, France and Ypres in Belgium will take place in October 2025, departing on the evening of Tuesday 14th and returning the evening of Friday 17th.

This trip will combine French culture and language with aspects of History, in particular World War I. Pupils will have the opportunity to tour the WWI cemeteries in Belgium and walk through a British trench system. They will also be able to explore the Belgian city of Ypres, visit Nausicaa Sea World and tour an old French bakery.
