Our annual Year 8 residential trip to the Opal Coast, France and Ypres in Belgium will take place  15th to 18th October 2023.

The trip will combine French culture and language with aspects of History, in particular World War I. The pupils will have the opportunity to tour the WWI cemeteries in Belgium, visit Hill 62 Memorial and walk through the British trench systems in their original form. They will also be able to explore the old town of Boulogne, visit Nausicaa Sea World and sample some local cuisine.

The trip will depart on the evening of Sunday 15th October and return on the evening of Wednesday 18th October 2023.
